You can order Arcolad from us:

- via the online store: the convenient interface of the website will allow you to quickly and easily place an order.

- by calling 8 495 5131153: our staff will help you with your choice and answer all your questions.

After placing your order in the online store shop.arcolad.ru, our employee will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.

Orders are accepted on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

Only individuals can make purchases through the online store. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can place an order by calling 8 495 5131153 or by writing to the email: info@arcolad.ru.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery

Orders are processed within 7 days, weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The delivery cost is calculated during the order placement process.

2. Pick-up

you can pick up your order at Building 3/1, apt 2, 3 Shumkin str, Sokolniki district, Moscow, 107113, Russia. The entrance is from the back side of the building.

PAYMENT METHODS

you can pay for your order online using SBP (Faster Payments System) and/or bank cards.
